SOCIAL MEDIA . MARKETING . AUTOMATION . REMOTE TEAMS . TECHNOLOGY

This blog we will not dive into being “tech-savvy” before you start reading the next post, but we will speak in term of the management aspect of it. As a business Owner/CEO/Leader your job is not to manage the daily operations but to give recommendations to your team in which ever area they are in charge of to be aligned with your overall vision & goal of the business in the first place.

The reason why you felt the heading is for those players behind the screens is probably the right feeling. No matter what age you are in today, if you don’t catch up in the tech world the high chances of you failing in any business will be guaranteed. You will work more & produce less in simple terms. All successful business media use the tools mentioned in the heading because that is where the world is at & if you truly care for your clients, you will do whatever it takes to create an impact to them through your ideas & business.

After finishing the course, I realized how easy technology makes our lives. Just by being able to guide & manage your team through working above your business is enough to lead it to being successful. In order for you to be able to reach this level first you need to:

  1. Decide you will succeed by the S.M.A.R.T help toolboxes.
  2. Expand your context (mind) to be able to provide more valuable content to the market.
  3. Simple scales & fancy fails. Don’t over complicate your business by saying “it’s different.”
  4. Transfer your business & identity into a media firm/businessman to reach traffic & convert leads to clients.
  5. Incorporate all the S.M.A.R.T tools into your business for easier escalation & growth.
  6. Systemize your business into MASTERY through gaining attention & building a community.
  7. Generate repetitive revenue models (subscriptions) to your clients to be sustainable.

Although it was a 20-hour workshop (6 hours x 3 days) consecutively, I did not feel time from the value I had out of it. By multiple business failures & successes who refuse/agree to incorporate the tools I came to realize how valuable this training (key) was that would save me time, energy & money.
